Essence Cakes was commissioned to make a cake to launch the new ZUM (zoom) transit bus in the city of Brampton. The event took place at the International Centre in Mississauga where the cake was displayed side-by-side the real bus.The cake was a big one - 34 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 10 inches high.

OMG!!! That is fantastic!!!! Congrats on doing a awesome job. I have never ever seen fondant rolled so long....I can bearly do 19" rounds let along 5 feet. WOW!~ you should be so proud!
