This cake was carved from a chocolate sheet cake filled with buttercream. We did not know that the client who ordered the cake had reservations about out ability to make it until she came to pick it up. She said she was worried we might not do it right because we had not made a Ferrari car cake before this one. We are glad to say that she was pleasantly surprised at pickup time, and confessed that the cake was a lot better than the ones in the pictures she sent to us.
