Water drop-shaped cake for a children's water festival

This cake was made for a children's water festival. Cake was made to look like the mascot, a water drop shape. Weren't the kids excited to see it at the event! Vanilla cake filled with buttercream filling.

Cake Decorator Wanted - Entry Level

I am looking for an enthusiastic cake decorator to work 3 days a week, Saturday included, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. Candidate must have some experience frosting cakes with buttercream. Use of rolled fondant an asset. This is an entry level position and candidate must be willing to perform other general duties as required. ZUM Bus Cake

Essence Cakes was commissioned to make a cake to launch the new ZUM (zoom) transit bus in the city of Brampton. The event took place at the International Centre in Mississauga where the cake was displayed side-by-side the real bus.

The cake was a big one - 34 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 10 inches high.

Lavendar Birthday Cake

I love the colour of the rolled fondant on this cake. Vanilla cake filled with vanilla and chocolate buttercream.
Bows were sprayed with edible pearl sheen.

Crown Cake

This crown cake was ordered by a sister for her brother's yearly event.

We are getting there...

We are still working on our consultation/showroom and this picture shows the progress we are making. Still waiting for the furniture and working on the display cakes.

For some reason, the colour of the wall is purple and not the rose we thought we ordered. Guess, we just have to live with that. We'll keep you posted
