THE COURSE
Afraid to work with rolled fondant? Register for this class to calm your fears. In this hands-on class, you will cover a cake with fondant. You will learn the basics of rolling out your fondant and keeping wrinkles out.
You will make a rope border, use a crimper, and decorate your cake with fondant roses.
YOU WILL BRING two 6-inch cakes, a 12 inch rolling pin, a spatula, 1 inch and 2 inch round cutters, and a pizza cutter.
Butter cream and fondant will be provided for in-class use only.
